World Geography and History

This online course, titled "World History with a Biblical Perspective," offers a comprehensive survey of world history through a Christian lens, emphasizing God's providence. Starting from Creation and spanning until the 20th century, the course integrates world geography chronologically, exploring how landforms, climate, and natural resources influence historical events. It also underscores the impact of individuals' choices on history's flow. The curriculum is divided into topics such as the Ancients, the Middle Ages, the early Modern Age, Revolution and Industry, and the Modern World. Students can expect to spend approximately 2 hours per week on homework, including reading assignments, vocabulary, map work, and discussion board posts. Additionally, they will work on three projects over the course of the year.
