Well-Ordered Language 4

The online course, Well-Ordered Language Level 4, is the fourth installment in a series designed to introduce students to grammar. It combines clear pedagogical approaches with appealing illustrations and classic literature samples to help students understand the mechanics of grammar while fostering a love for language. This full-year course is split into two semesters, each covering a distinct set of topics. The first semester delves into sentence diagramming, key parts of speech like adverbs and adjectives, personal pronouns, interrogatives, and appositives. The second semester expands on this foundation, exploring topics such as reflexive pronouns, adverbial clauses, indefinite pronouns, and participial phrases, among others. This course is intended for rising 7th-8th graders and assumes they are ready for both the course content and the online learning environment.
