Understanding the Catholic Mass

This online course, titled "A Biblical Journey Through the Mass," caters to students in grades 7-12. It offered a comprehensive exploration of the Novus Ordo (Ordinary Form) of the Catholic Mass, guiding students through the liturgical year from entrance to dismissal. Using Dr. Edward Sri's "A Biblical Walk Through the Mass" and supplementary texts, students enhance their understanding and appreciation of the Mass, fostering a closer relationship with Christ. The course also introduces basic ecclesiastical Latin vocabulary and prayers, utilizing engravings within students' home parishes. This educational journey aims to transform Sunday Mass from a holy day of obligation into a day of opportunity.
