This advanced online course, spanning a half year's duration, builds upon basic logic skills to delve into the intricacies of formal reasoning. It's designed for high school students, aged 13-18, who have completed Traditional Logic I or equivalent. The curriculum explores advanced argument forms, including traditional syllogisms, enthymemes, hypothetical syllogisms, complex syllogisms, and relational arguments. It's structured around 45-minute daily sessions, with student participation, weekly quizzes, and a final exam determining the final grade. The course offers 1/2 a high school credit in language arts, philosophy, or as an elective.
