The Great Conversation 1+4

The Great Conversation 1+4 course is designed for 9th to 10th graders with no prior exposure to The Great Conversation series. It acts as a bridge to their subsequent studies by providing a survey of key ancient works, focusing on works previously covered in levels 1 and 4. Students explore the Graeco-Roman worldview, engage in class discussions and writing assignments to critique these works from a biblical perspective, and develop their rhetorical skills. The course requires a significant time commitment, with students spending 3-5 hours weekly on reading assignments and completing two papers per semester, in addition to regular discussion board posts.
