Summer German Reading Club

The WTMA Summer German Reading Club is a summer course designed for students who have completed German I, II, III, or IV with the Well-Trained Mind Academy. This course aims to keep students engaged in reading, discussing, and practicing their German language skills over the summer break. During the eight sessions, students will come together with their instructor to talk about the week’s reading and learn about two of the countries where German is spoken. The course does not include any formal written assignments, and class attendance and participation are the only requirements to earn participation credit. Students who attend all eight sessions will receive a WTMA Summer Reading Club t-shirt. It's important to note that the course is not offered during the 2024-2025 school year.
