Special Needs: Level 6 Literature

This online English literature course focuses on two widely-renowned children's books: 'Charlotte's Web' and 'Mr. Popper's Penguins'. Students, aged 8 to 16, will delve into these novels across two semesters, developing crucial reading, spelling, comprehension, and composition skills. The coursework, aligned with the Simply Classical Level 6 Literature selections, prepares students for each chapter and includes online quizzes to assess their understanding. Additionally, students submit an enrichment activity for each book, promoting active engagement and manual grading by the instructor. While no prerequisites are needed, a basic understanding of typing is beneficial.
