Spanish 2

This intermediate Spanish course, building upon the foundation established in Spanish 1, delves into the analytical and logical aspects of communication, focusing on more complex grammatical structures. Students enhance skills in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish, while also exploring the rich history, geography, and culture of Spanish-speaking countries through various artists, writers, and current events. The course is designed for students in grades 9-12, with a prerequisite of Spanish 1 or teacher permission. Approximately 3-4 hours of weekly homework is dedicated to vocabulary practice, grammar exercises, and writing a discussion board post.
