Spanish 2

The Spanish 2 Syllabus course is designed to improve students’ ability to communicate in Spanish, building upon the material covered in Spanish 1. The course covers advanced topics such as the uses of Many Different Tenses and relevant modern Spanish-speaking world issues. The curriculum is based on the ACTFL World-Readiness Standards for Language Learning and focuses on enhancing students’ productive and receptive skills. Weekly live class sessions are included, as well as graded assignments, projects, and a semester exam. The course is for students who have completed Spanish 1 or have comparable experience. High-speed internet, headset, microphone, and streaming capabilities are required. Communication with the instructor can be done via email prior to the course or through the Inbox after the course begins.
