Poetry Corner

This year-long online course, titled "Poetry Through Beauty: A Yearlong Study", immerses students in the world of poetry, fostering an appreciation and understanding of this art form. Over four quarters, students will engage with poetic elements and reflect on cardinal and theological virtues, guided by the principle that poetry should inspire delight and wonder, as smartphones Robert Frost. The course encourages both individual and collaborative exploration, with activities including writing journals for poetic devices, commonplace books to record personal poetry and reflections, and a platform for sharing and discussing poems.
