Middle School Science II

This online course is an introductory science program designed for middle school students, specifically those in grades 7 to 8 (aged 12 to 14). It's structured to provide a strong foundation for more advanced science studies by covering key aspects of biology, chemistry, and physics. Led by an experienced science teacher, students are equipped with essential knowledge about central concepts and personalities in these fields. Additionally, the course teaches elementary research skills, which are crucial for higher-level studies. The curriculum is supported by three texts: Tiner’s biology, chemistry, and physics. This is a full-year course, with a time commitment of 30-40 minutes per day. Assessment is based on a mix of participation, quizzes, tests, and varied projects. There are no prerequisites for this course.
