Middle School Astronomy

This is a one-semester online course that covers astronomy from a logic-stage perspective. The curriculum is based on the Astronomy for the Logic Stage Student Guide (Well-Trained Mind Press edition) and The Kingfisher Science Encyclopedia, along with additional instructor-selected materials. Students will utilize various internet-based resources, timelines, summaries, and outlines to explore astronomy from its historical origins to current scientific discoveries.
