About this Course

This online course, Great Books Pedagogy, is designed for high school students (rising 9th to 12th graders) to explore classic literature from ancient cultures. Over two years, students delve into primary sources from the Hebrews, Greeks, and Romans, examining works across various genres such as poetry, philosophy, history, and drama. The course operates on a two-year rotation, with the first year focusing on Greek literature ("Greek Year") and the second on Roman literature ("Roman Year"). Students can take one or both years, with no specific order required.
