About this Course

This is a one-semester online course designed for high school students who want to learn about nutrition and fitness. The course is part of the Kinesiology & Nutrition series and can be taken without needing to follow a sequential order with other courses in the series. The course aims to help students understand the importance of making healthy eating and physical fitness choices in their daily life, and how these choices can contribute to their overall wellness and long-term health.

The course is an excellent fit for students who have a busy schedule and struggle to find time for their health. It is not necessary for students to take Kinesiology & Nutrition I before enrolling in this course.
