Iconography Apprenticeship Year 2 & 3 Combined

The course is an advanced study of figurative painting, offered in two levels: Year 2 and Year 3. Students are required to have completed the previous year's Apprenticeship and obtain approval to advance. The course expects a significant commitment outside of the weekly 75-minute class, including sketchbook assignments, other homework, and supply organization, with an estimated 60-90 minutes of work between classes. Students must demonstrate key skills and meet requirements to progress to the next level.

In Year 2, students focus on the 'Askance Face,' developing their understanding and technique in portraying faces at an angle. Year 3 delves into the 'Bust Figure,' building on the foundation laid in Year 2. The course is art-focused and combines these themes within its advanced instruction.
