High School Modern Greek 2 (A2 Level)

This online course is an intermediate-level Greek language class aimed at students who have already covered the basics of the language. The curriculum focuses on various practical topics such as describing people, places, and events, discussing daily activities, advertisements, and cultural festivities. It seeks to enhance students' skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking Modern Greek. The course meets live once a week for an hour and a half session.

Additionally, this course serves as preparation for the Ellinomatheia Certificate, the official title of proficiency in Modern Greek. Students have the option to take additional homework to prepare for the A2 level exam, which they can schedule at a local testing center. Upon completion, high school students may earn 1 Language credit.
