Geometry Intensive

This is a seven-week intensive Geometry course designed to review all major topics in Geometry and strengthen students' understanding of the subject. It is equivalent to a one-semester course of Geometry and will earn students a high school half-credit upon successful completion. The course is structured to provide instruction through pre-recorded videos and weekly live problem-solving sessions. Students will build confidence through in-class practice, watch video lectures, practice problem solving with an app that provides immediate feedback, and maintain a comprehensive guided theorem note sheet.

The course is open to students in 9th grade or above who have completed Algebra 1 and are familiar with the fundamentals of Algebra. Students must have a scientific calculator and high-speed internet, as well as a webcam, sound card, microphone, and scanner for live sessions and homework submission. The course is hosted on the Canvas platform, and all communication will be conducted through it. Grades will be based on scanned homework worksheets, automatically graded assignments, professionalism, and note-taking.
