About this Course
This is a live online Geometry course for high school students in grades 9-11 who have completed Algebra 1 and have instructor approval. The course covers all the main topics in Geometry, including points, lines, angles, congruence, polygons, proofs, and more. Students can expect to spend 5-7 hours per week on this class outside of the two live sessions. The course incorporates various teaching methods, including pre-recorded videos, daily assignments, and interactive problem-solving.
The honors level of this course is designed for students interested in the STEM fields who have exceptional abilities, a strong math foundation, and high achievement levels. Honors Geometry requires the completion of several projects, additional assignments, and a more focused study on geometric proofs.
