French Conversations for French 1B

The "Conversations" class for TPS French 1B is a 90-minute weekly session designed to complement and enhance the learning experience of students taking any section of TPS French 1B. This supplemental class provides students with additional live interaction and conversation practice with the instructor and other students in a virtual setting. The class time is focused solely on conversational activities, giving students the opportunity to engage in discussions, debates, oral reports, and games to reinforce the vocabulary and grammar taught in their weekly French 1B class. No new material is covered during this time.

This class requires some reading and preparation, but written homework is minimal. A working microphone is necessary for students to participate fully in the conversational activities. This optional two-session-per-week format aims to offer students more review, practice, and support in their French language learning journey.
