Foundations of Leadership 1

The course "Foundations of Leadership 1", designed for high school students at True North Academy, is a self-paced, comprehensive introduction to effective leadership principles, based on John Maxwell's "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership". It integration biblical principles to provide a faith-based approach, teaching students to lead with integrity, wisdom, and a heart for service. The course is structured around 21 modules, each corresponding to one of Maxwell's laws, employing the SAMR model for an engaging learning experience. It requires access to digital materials, proficiency in using digital tools, and active participation in course activities.

Students can expect to understand and apply Maxwell's leadership laws, develop critical thinking and decision-making skills, demonstrate ethical leadership, and create a personal leadership development plan.
