Expository Writing III

This is a full-year online course that builds upon the skills learned in Expository Writing II and Writing With Skill Level 2. The course utilizes Writing With Skill Level 3 and covers topics such as three-level outlining, advanced paragraph construction, note-taking and documentation, new forms (narrative by significance, sequences, explanation by cause and effect), review, and comparative compositions. The course is designed to prepare students for Rhetoric I. To ensure proper placement, students can take the writing assessment, which will be reviewed by academy writing instructors.
