About this Course

Common Arts II is an interdisciplinary, hands-on online course that focuses on practical skills essential for meeting everyday needs. It builds upon the foundation laid in Common Arts I, delving into new categories and areas of skill development. Students will explore various practical applications like cooking, gardening, animal husbandry, and self-defense, all grounded in the principles of GOST (goals, objectives, strategy, and tactics). The course also incorporates elements of history, particularly military history, and encourages an appreciation for God's creation and providence through practical application of the liberal arts of language and mathematics.

The course is structured to allow students with no prior experience in Common Arts I or IIA to jump in and participate effectively. It aims to provide a well-rounded educational experience that transcends theoretical learning by making the liberal arts tangible through practical skill acquisition.
