College-Level Ancient Greek 1

The course is a comprehensive, college-level introduction to Classical Attic Greek, equivalent to a full-year study. It covers fundamentals of grammar, syntax, and reading skills using the textbook "Athenaze: An Introduction to Ancient Greek" Books I and II. Upon completion, students can read works from prominent Greek authors such as Homer and Plato. The course is self-paced, with video lectures and homeworks submitted independently. Instructors provide weekly grading, feedback, and email support, with optional private meetings offered. It can be completed at an individual's pace, over one to three years or more. Dual enrollment college credits are available, along with potential high school language credits. Additionally, an Orthodox Clergy Scholarship is offered.
