Catechism Level 3: New Testament

This course, titled "Level 3 Catechism New Testament," is designed to explore the New Testament through the lens of Orthodox Christianity. It encourages students to deepen their understanding of the faith while fostering a love for God and the Church. The curriculum focuses on telling God's story from the Gospel of Matthew onwards, building upon last year's study of the Old Testament. Each week's lesson includes a story based on the Bible verses, a memory page with key facts, a vocabulary section, and a thought-provoking question about God's nature and students' personal relationship with Him.

The course is structured for a level 3 student and is part of a two-year rotation, having previously covered the Old Testament. It uses the "God’s Great Covenant" book series to guide learning. Notably, this is not a general Bible study course, but rather one directed at Orthodox Christians specifically. The course aims to help students engage with Scripture, pray, and learn about the Church's teachings and hymns throughout the week.
