Astronomy | Spring

This astronomy course, held in both a virtual and outdoor classroom, immerses students in the wonders of the cosmos. It begins with instructing students on the patterns of our solar system, constellations, and lunar phases. The physics governing these celestial mechanics are explored, alongside lingering scientific mysteries. Students will also undertake an observation project and participate in a simulated space mission, role-playing as NASA engineers. No specialized observing tools are required; the course caters to naked-eye observers.
