Astronomy

This online course is tailored for students in grades 4 to 6 (ages 9-12) with no prerequisite knowledge. It is centered around astronomy, a subfield of science, focusing on the remarkable world above us. The curriculum is designed to engage students with experiences of identifying constellations and planets, while indoors and outdoors, fostering an analytical understanding of the cosmos. Additionally, it incorporates historical and cultural aspects, narrating the stories and characters behind the celestial bodies' names.

The course makes use of a specific book, "The Book of Astronomy", both for students and teachers, and requires students to have access to a USB headset with an integrated microphone for optimal learning experiences.
