AP Statistics

This is an online, first-year college-level course in statistics, designed to prepare students for the AP Statistics exam. The course is beneficial for students planning to major in mathematics, science, social science, business, engineering, or medicine in college. The course content includes major tools and concepts related to data collection, analysis, and conclusion formation, with a focus on four broad areas: exploring data, sampling and experimentation, anticipating patterns, and statistical inference. Students' course evaluation will be based on homework, discussions, quizzes, projects, and examinations. The course also offers flexibility in scheduling and uses College Board question banks and practice tests to prepare students for the AP exam. Additionally, the course is approved for California A-G requirements.
