AP Human Geography

This online course is the equivalent of an introductory college-level course in human geography and covers content required for the AP exam. Students will learn about the systematic study of patterns and processes that have shaped human understanding, use, and alteration of Earth's surface. They will also employ spatial concepts and landscape analysis to examine socioeconomic organization and its environmental consequences, and learn about the methods and tools geographers use in their research and applications. The course incorporates a biblical worldview into the analysis and discussion. Flexible scheduling is available for students with time zone conflicts, and the course has CA A-G approval.
