AP English Language & Composition

This is a full-year, online AP English Language and Composition course designed for high school homeschoolers who are sophomores, juniors, or seniors. The course, which is asynchronous, is offered by Blue Tent and taught by Christine Proctor. Students should have successfully completed an equivalent rigorous 10th grade-level English class as a prerequisite. The course will cover time-tested and award-winning reading, focusing on non-fiction and fundamental environmental science concepts. Throughout the course, students will analyze and discuss essays and articles, and learn about different means of persuasion. The class is NCAA-approved and has a tuition of $800.
