AP Chemistry (Mark Kernion)

The AP® Chemistry course offered by Mark Kernion through PA Homeschoolers is designed for students who have completed one year of high school chemistry and algebra II. The course is equivalent to a college-level general chemistry course and focuses on fundamental chemical concepts, scientific practices, and problem-solving skills. It also prepares students for the AP® Chemistry Exam. The course involves live video sessions, instructor-produced presentations, video lessons, self-study using Cengage Learning's digital tools, and hands-on laboratory work. The course runs from August 2024 to May 2025, and the tuition is $850 before June 30, 2024, and $875 after that date. Students need a computer, high-speed internet, scanning device, scientific calculator, and a Google account.
