AP Calculus BC (AB Review)

This online course is designed for students who have already completed Calculus AB and are planning to deepen their knowledge in Calculus BC. The course includes a review of Calculus AB topics and a comprehensive study of advanced Calculus BC subjects, along with extensive preparation for the AP Calculus BC exam. The course employs multiple representations of calculus, including analytic, algebraic, numerical, graphical, and technological techniques, to investigate the limit and continuity of functions, derivatives, and integrals. Students will learn about optimization, linearization, related rates, infinite series, polynomial approximations, vector-valued functions, and polar curves. The course also includes AP-style questions, collaborative problem-solving, and individualized attention to strengthen weak areas.

This course offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn college credit with the AP exam. The course is pre-approved for college credit by Belhaven University and may be transferred to other institutions. The course is AP® certified and adheres to the California A-G curriculum requirements.
