AP Biology

This online AP Biology course is specifically designed for high school homeschoolers who have previously completed both a high-school-level Biology class and a high-school-level Chemistry class. The course, which is equivalent to two semesters of college Biology, covers topics such as the chemistry of life, heredity, molecular genetics, evolution, diversity of organisms, structure and function of plants and animals, and ecology. The course aims to help students develop a deep understanding of biological concepts, view science as a process, acquire personal experience in scientific inquiry, and apply biological knowledge to real-world concerns.

The course is offered in both live and asynchronous formats, with live classes taking place on Tuesdays at 5-6:30 p.m. Eastern time. The tuition for the course is $825, with an additional $60 digital resources fee that includes the class ebook. The course is a full-year, traditional class, and is NCAA approved.
