Algebra Review

The Algebra Review course offered by TPS is designed to help students brush up on their Algebra skills in preparation for topics they will cover in Geometry, Algebra 2, Chemistry, or Physics in the fall. This course is also beneficial for first-time TPS students seeking a jumpstart, as well as those planning to take the SAT and wishing to strengthen their math abilities. The course covers major Algebra topics such as solving equations, graphing linear equations and inequalities, systems of equations, quadratics, exponents and roots, functions, and polynomials. Live classes consist of lectures and problem-solving sessions conducted individually and as a group. No book is required for this course, as all necessary materials will be provided by the teacher. It is important to note that this course is relaxed in attendance, assignments are optional, and students will not receive a final grade or credit for this course.
